While your item is in our possession, the sale, use, or display is prohibited. Your item(s) will be safely secured and stored in our warehouse or vault, and will only be sold if you choose not to re-pay your loan. If you cannot pay back your loan within that time frame, we offer extensions to give you additional time. You can also decide to not pay off your loan and surrender your merchandise.

ASAP Gun & Pawn’s Loan Procedure

First, bring in your merchandise to pawn. A member of our team will evaluate your item(s) and discuss the loan value with you. During this, our appraiser will explain your loan terms, conditions, and options.
Once you choose to pawn your item(s), you will need to present a valid, government-issued photo ID. Our appraiser will take a photo of you and your item and have you sign the required documents so that you may collect your cash.

Warranties available to protect your investment

You can chose to have a limited warranty to protect your purchase. The warranty offer is available at time of initial purchase and guarantees your product for 60 days. Should you encounter a problem in the first 60 days after purchase return the item to the store. ** does not protect from abuse or misuse, subject to store discretion**
