Chattahoochee Harley-Davidson® History
Chattahoochee Harley-Davidson® was established and incorporated in November 2000. The business was originally located at 211 Buena Vista Road and moved to Fortson Road. We are now located at 3230 Williams Road in Columbus, near LaGrange, GA and Auburn, AL. We have a second location, Big Swamp Harley-Davidson®, which was opened in 2005 and is located at 1201 Fox Run Pkwy Opelika, Alabama. The Big Swamp location is conveniently located near Auburn and Montgomery, AL. Both stores are proudly owned by John & Marlies Cunningham. Chattahoochee Harley-Davidson® was awarded Harley-Davidson® Motor Company’s Silver Bar & Shield Circle of Achievement Award for the 2014 calendar year. Chattahoochee Harley-Davidson® earned the award based on their motorcycle and related product sales performance, an evaluation of customer service and satisfaction, and various operational measures.
Management Philosophy
Our management philosophy is to empower our employees to work together as a team to reach common goals. We work hard at Chattahoochee and Big Swamp, however we also have fun. We provide training and management support to ensure our employees are comfortable making the day-to-day decisions necessary to run our business profitably, while serving our customers. Our core values are to treat one another with respect, to tell the truth, and be fair in everything we do.
