Courtney Wilson is a former Army Engineer Captain, combat veteran and Bronze Star Medal recipient. She has been profiled in the New York Times and interviewed by CNN and NPR for her experience in Afghanistan, as well as named a ‘Military Entrepreneur Making a Difference’. A Creative Writing major turned Engineer turned MBA Candidate, Courtney is a creative analytic who believes equally in authenticity and efficiency. She lives in Boston, MA with her boyfriend, also a veteran and their adorable King Cavalier Spaniel, Molly.

Mike Gerber served in the Army for fifteen years and is a three-time combat veteran. The original inspiration behind DropZone’s creation, he has experienced the impact of connecting with resources. Mike is excited to officially join the team, saying “I believe in what DropZone stands for, and what it has and will do for veterans. Every veteran deserves to be informed, and that’s what we’re going to do for them.”
DWIGHT GERTZ

Dwight Gertz served for 25 years as a Naval Intelligence Officer. An alumnus of Yale University and Harvard Business School, he began his business career at Bain and Company and served as the President of Americas region of Hitachi Consulting. Currently he is a senior lecturer at Babson College where he teaches courses on strategy, leadership, and executive decision making.
