Our Mission and Values
At The Jewelry Republic we’ve enlisted only the best in Jewelry design, manufacturing and our fantastic sales team. We are completely Owned and Operated by the Veteran community. Our owner is a former US Marine Corps Veteran, the Chief Operating Officer is Active Duty Navy, our Sales Directors and our Brand Representatives are inspirational Military Spouses and dependents of Veterans.
We’re inspired by our community and the ability we all share to stand up for our beliefs and fight for whats most important. Our values align with our customers and it shows. From our Military support bracelets to the stack-able ring sets, we have something for everyone in the family to show support without losing their own personal style.
We have something the higher priced, unaffiliated companies don’t: A thorough understanding of our customers and our products without the high price tag! We’ve been there and back and we don’t take advantage of our own. The other companies particularly tend to seek us out and try to charge us as much as they can, because they know we will pay on-time for years to come.
Our goal is to also bring jobs to the Mil-spouse and Veteran community. This is why we’ve partnered with The Rosie Network, where they continue in building the Next Generation of Small Business Leaders!
All of these were major reasons why we wanted to bring this company to life, remove the high priced middle-men and give our Veterans, Families and Military supporters the best possible jewelry at the best possible prices!
ORDERS
Please expect 2-4 weeks for your order to be handmade and ready to ship. We try to accommodate rush orders whenever possible, so contact us at [email protected] prior to placing your order to confirm we can make your required delivery date. We can very likely accommodate your special requirements.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards, secure online payments (PayPal, Apple) through our secure payment gateway. The Jewelry Republic has now partnered with AFFIRM, a financing company for all, that can assist in anyone making payments for their products on their schedule. As low as 0% for 3 months in some cases and can be done out to 12 mo’s as well.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
As all of our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings prior to placing your online order. If for any reason, there is a manufacturing defect, I encourage you to contact us via email at [email protected] before taking any further action.
However, if you should wish to exchange a product or return a product for store credit, please contact [email protected] We will accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 7 days of delivery confirmation date with original packaging in perfect condition. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for store credit or exchange. Once your return has been processed, your THEJEWELRYREPUBLIC.COM credit will be sent via email. All prior shipping charges are non refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.
Custom, sized, personalized items are non-refundable.
TAXES
We collect local sales tax for any orders that ship to destinations within the State of COLORADO. This sales tax, if any, will be added to the cost of your order during checkout.
SHIPPING
All US orders are shipped via FedEx / UPS or USPS. Overnight and next day is available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
We ship internationally via UPS or FedEx (depending on the shipping restrictions for particular countries). THE JEWELRY REPUBLIC is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and THE JEWELRY REPUBLIC is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. You will most likely have duties and taxes due upon customs clearance. These fees can be paid via the FedEx website and they will contact you directly.
All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
All orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. THE JEWELRY REPUBLIC is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves THE JEWELRY REPUBLIC. If your order is sent back to THE JEWELRY REPUBLIC by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
