John Wilcher made Sarasota, Florida, his home in 2000. He was drawn to the area because of its great beauty, fabulous beaches, and ample supply of sunshine and superior quality of life. In 2001, John decided that he could help others live a similar lifestyle and pursued a career in real estate. John is a former police officer and decorated combat veteran of Afghanistan; this extensive training has prepared John to handle the (sometimes) intense world of the buying or selling of a home.

With 13 years of real estate experience in the Sarasota area, he has an intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods and locales that this fabulous paradise has to offer.  He has a sincere passion for helping buyers and sellers through the real estate sales process. Integrity, great communication, and professionalism are very useful during a real estate transaction, and John polished these skills while serving in the armed forces. If you ask John to name his greatest achievement that would be easy – his wife and two children. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and is very active in sports and fitness.
