Our Story

It all started in 1999, my mother decided to take a chance at the American dream. Through hard work and the blessing of getting amazing customers, my mother built a stable company that enabled her to live a comfortable life.

In 2014 I decided to join her and brought new vision for the future. Through marketing and social interaction I was able to expand the company and double our home count. Today, Unique services over 150 homes as well as over 100 rental units in Siesta Key as well as other areas.

Our secret is simple; love what you do, treat your staff like family, and always strive to be the best.
